Leadership Teen Camps

Camp Abe Lincoln's Leadership Camps are the final progression for our oldest campers.  Campers ages 10-17 can engage in any of our four leadership camps. 


Two Week Camp---Ages 10-14    July 14-26
    Interested in spending two full weeks at camp?  Take camping to the next level and try out our two-week program!  Our two week program is packed with the same awesome activities as the regular resident camp but there is an added bonus: a weekend over night tent camp experience!  Sign up soon as there are only 24 spots available.  

Teen Camp---Ages 13-15    June 9-28 (Excluding Saturdays)
    New to Camp Abe Lincoln is our Teen Camp.  Teen camp offers an exciting opportunity to experience three full weeks of camp.  Week one is a traditional week of camp, a chance to get to know the counselors and campers they will hang out with in their time here.  Week two they will participate in regular activities but also plan a half trip off site for the next week.  Week three gives campers a chance to explore nature and create even tighter friendships outside the boundaries of camp as they go camping off site.  Only 24 spots available.  
       
Wrangler in Training---Ages 16-17    June 9-28
    Our Wrangler in Training program is an intensive camp for more experienced riders.  For three weeks the WIT's will be at camp learning how to care for all of the camp horses and riding them throughout the 250 acres of camp trails.  The WIT's will also learn how to teach others to ride and care for a horse.  This program is designed for those interested in becoming a full-time wrangler at camp one day.  Sign up early as we are only accepting four WIT's.  

Counselor in Training---Ages 16-17    June 9-28
    Are you ready to take the next step at camp?  The Counselor in Training program is what you have been looking for.  As a CIT you will learn about every aspect of camp.  The first two weeks will be spent learning and enjoying what camp is about.  During the third week you will be helping a counselor with their duties.  The CIT's will be here all three weeks away from home with a dinner offered the second week on Wednesday night for parents to join us.  Only 24 spots available.

Junior Counselor (Employment)---Ages 17    Available All Summer
