Military Kids Camp July 3-8, 2011

Camp Abe Lincoln is proud to announce "Military Kids Camp" provided through community grants from Operation: Military Kids. Military Kids Camp is a week-long resident camp experience for children ages 8-16.  This week of camp is for kids who have a family member who is, was, or will soon be deployed in the military.  Because of the grants and sponsorships, this $545 week of camp is provided free of charge to families.  When a mother or father serves in the military, the family, including the children, are serving in their own way as well.  This week of camp will give them the opportunity to meet other children going through similar situations so they can build a support community of their own.   Only 100 spots are available for this week of camp so register as soon as possible.  We will inform you if you are one of the campers in the camp by May 1st.  Priority will be given based upon standards developed by the Military Kids Camp Committee.  Register today to save your spot!
